- All children under 15 must be accompanied by an adult or someone aged 15 or over, who knows them, throughout the show.
- Children need their own ticket from 12 months of age, regardless of whether they have their own seat.
- The Tour and/or the Venue cannot act in loco parentis at any time.

The Bath Forum does not operate a daily box office service at present.
The box office is open for personal callers on performance days approx. 1 hour prior to the performance.
